1. Appointments

• Clients must arrive on time for appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling.

• Luxe Wax reserves the right to refuse service for repeated lateness or no-shows.

• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments that may affect waxing results.

• Luxe Wax follows strict hygiene practices, including the use of sanitized tools and disposable materials.

4. Age Policy

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for certain services.

• We reserve the right to decline services for minors depending on the treatment type.

5. Refunds

• Due to the nature of our services, all treatments are non-refundable.

• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

6. Promotions & Packages

• Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

• Packages must be used within the time frame stated at the time of purchase.

7. Conduct

• We expect respectful behavior toward our staff and other clients. Luxe Wax reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

8. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure client safety and satisfaction, Luxe Wax is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes unless caused by negligence.

9. Website Use

• All content on the Luxe Wax website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
